A NAV Business Analyst at Equip-Soft is responsible for the successful execution of specific tasks within a project. These tasks include product setup, user training, pilot and go-live support.

As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for the successful implementation and support of IndustryBuilt’s vertical product, JustFoodERP, as well as all third party products that may be part of the whole solution (e.g. Jet Reports, BI tools, Pivotier, etc).

The position of Client Manager is a dynamic role requiring the skills of a Business Analyst, management of phase+ initiatives, and the sales of professional services. You will work with a minimum of 5 dedicated JustFoodERP customers as their primary point of contact for non-support related issues and liaison for any initiatives that they may embark on with IndustryBuilt Software (following the go-live of their initial implementation).
As a Business Analyst, you will continue to offer training, testing and support of the JustFoodERP application to our customers. For larger (phase+) initiatives, you will be responsible for project and resource management necessary to achieve customer defined goals within expected and agreed upon timing and budget targets. As revenue generation is a critical component to the team’s success, you will also be responsible for attaining revenue targets based on sales of services to your dedicated JustFoodERP clients.

A Microsoft Dynamics xRM Implementation Consultant at IndustryBuilt Software Corp. is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of Microsoft’s award winning CRM 4.0 product.

A Systems Developer at Equip-Soft is responsible for the technical aspects of customer projects for which that individual is assigned. This includes design specifications, writing code and ensuring technical tasks are completed on time. A strong understanding and background of relational database and programming concepts is required. A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Navision development environment is also a must. In addition, a Systems Developer at Equip-Soft is expected to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills and a good understanding of ERP business processes.
A Systems Developer must develop strong working relationships with other Equip-Soft project team members in order to support the technical aspects of a project. This will include the Project Manager, Business Analysts and other Development and Technical staff assigned to the project. It is important that a developer has the interpersonal skills to work effectively with a number of different types of people.
Our Systems Developers must also be capable of working directly with customers in a support role. A Systems Developer must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with Equip-Soft customers. A Systems Developer may also be given the opportunity to work as the Lead developer on a project.
A Systems developer will also be included in Best Practice development. A Systems developer will be involved in internal projects to identify and improve Equip-Soft’s Business Processes according to industry best practice standards.
