Application Specialist- JustFoodERP
The Application Specialists Responsibilities will include:
• Responding to inbound customer support requests consistent with IndustryBuilt’s support process. This includes the recording of cases into the JustFoodERP support system, and attempted resolution.
• For issues that cannot be resolved, the escalation of incidents to Application Developers or Business Analyst resources.
• Closing support issues, and providing customers with a regular updates of issues created / closed during that period.
• Regular correspondence with clients; collecting information on customer experience with support, the JustFoodERP product and Industrybuilt as a whole.

Qualifications:
• Excellent presentation and training ability
• University Degree or Equivalent
• 3-5 years ERP Implementation Experience
• 3 years Microsoft Dynamics - NAV Implementation Experience
• 5-10 years related Business Experience
