Business Analyst - JustFoodERP

Responsibilities
Execute various Prospect and Client Projects and Task, including:
• Application Setup
• User Training
• Application Testing
• Customer Support

Business Analysts are also responsible for:
• participating in the development and improvement of implementation services processes;
• following the implementation services standard practices and methodology;
• identifying and documenting customer issues and working with the client project and product development teams to develop a resolution;
• using TFS to initiate the development process for customer issues and to document testing scenarios and results;
• communicating project status to their project managers;
• attending company and team meetings;
• maintaining relationships with the management team and other departments within the organization;
• providing assistance to the JF Support team to help resolve customer issues;
• ongoing personal training on the JF products and industry related courses (e.g. APICS – CPIM);
• mentoring fellow BAs.

Measurements
Utilization:
• Quarterly Target of 360 billable hours.
• Adjustments made for training and vacation.
Objectives set with manager:
• Examples include Product Certifications, External Training Courses, Training Documentation, Best Practices Projects.

Qualifications
• University Degree or Equivalent.
• 5 years ERP Implementation Experience.
• 3 years Microsoft Dynamics - NAV Implementation Experience is preferable but not required.
• 5-10 years related Business Experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics - NAV Certification in one of Financials, Logistics, or Manufacturing is
preferable but not required.
• APICS CPIM designation.
• Functional Area Lead experience in Certified Domain.
• Professional Training/Certification in Certified Domain.
• Experience using MS Office Suite, proficiency using Excel.
