The Client Manager’s responsibilities will include:
• Building & managing Client relationships & expectations
• Managing Phase+ initiatives from concept development to project close out & post mortem
• Forecasting client activity
• Application training
• Application demonstration
• Specification development
• Consulting on industry best practices and potential technology initiatives
• Maintaining & improving customer satisfaction
• Monitoring support status of your assigned clients (aged open issues, open issues created over time)
• Support and administration

Qualifications:

• University Degree or Equivalent
• 3 years Microsoft Dynamics - NAV Implementation Experience
• 5-10 years related Business Experience
