David Pilz
CEO
David Pilz is responsible for IndustryBuilt’s overall leadership and management.
As a natural leader and entrepreneur, David likes to surround himself with bright people. He lays the groundwork for creative developments, and encourages everyone in the company to pursue ideas, innovation and opportunity.
His overall goal is to bridge the gap between technology and business. Through his vision, leadership and perseverance, the company continues to grow by heavily focusing on keeping the IndustryBuilt team focused and accountable to its customers.
Glen Richardson, CMA
CFO
Glen Richardson is responsible for IndustryBuilt’s financial strategy, financial reporting and planning, taxation, treasury, legal and compliance. He is responsible for providing shareholder value and has been integral in keeping the company profitable for over 10 years.
As one of IndustryBuilt’s founders in 1999, Glen developed a clear vision for Finance, focused on timely reporting, solid accounting, stringent controls and compliances and creating business systems. He has been able to keep the company in growth mode while many other software companies were crippled from the recession.
On a personal note he is deeply involved and committed to raising his children and enjoys family life.
Marc DiGiorgio
VP, JustFoodERP
Marc DiGiorgio leads the JustFoodERP business unit. He is passionate about food companies and helping them get the most business value out of their plants as possible.
As Vice President of JustFoodERP, he has spent the last six years defining and leading the product to serve food companies across North America. He recently had the pleasure of being invited to the Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle retreat, in Newport Coast, California where he was able to strategize with some of Microsoft’s senior leaders.
On a personal note, Marc is an avid runner, cyclist, and triathlete. He loves family life and his two boys.
Grant Skinner
VP, Equip-Soft
Prior to joining IndustryBuilt in 2007, Grant founded and parceled off a leading Software and Services company in his homeland of South Africa. After making the decision to emigrate to Canada with his family he seeked out a technology firm that held similar values to his own and joined IndustryBuilt.
Grant is the Vice President of Equip-soft and the Professional Services team. With a background in accounting his strengths lie in working with SMB companies to develop strategies to increase business value.
On a personal note he loves living in North America and likes to explore it as a pilot and as an avid motorcyclist.
Dan Oughton
CTO
Dan Oughton is responsible for leading IndustryBuilt’s research and development. He is a business strategist who has a clear understanding of the ecosystems of IndustryBuilt’s niche markets, manufacturing and distribution plants.
As one of IndustryBuilt’s founders in 1999, Dan developed a vision on how to harness technology to drive better business processes. This last year he has been creating new models on how to best utilize cloud computing. He spends a majority of his time connecting IndustryBuilt’s roadmap to Microsoft Dynamics roadmap and is integral in managing the partner relationship with Microsoft.
On a personal note, Dan enjoys tinkering with the latest technology, whether it’s in his home tapping into geothermal heating or at work integrating Microsoft and Apple technology.
Jeff Austin
VP, Dynamics Services Group
Jeff Austin leads the Dynamics Services Group business unit. He comes from a long history of software implementation and excels in bridging the gap between business process and business software solutions. He believes software choice and implementation must always support the overall business and revenue goals first.
Jeff leads a team of developers and implementers who work with companies from various industries and who often have unique business needs. One great advantage Jeff and his team have is they have access to all the IP that IndustryBuilt has developed for their vertical business units JustFoodERP and Equip-Soft. This vast resource puts his team at a huge advantage to other Dynamics NAV partners.
On a personal note he loves hanging outdoors with his German Shepherds and racing them through the woods.
