Business Analyst - Navision
A NAV Business Analyst at IndustryBuilt Software Corp. is responsible for the successful execution of specific tasks within a project. These tasks include
product setup, user training, pilot and go-live support.
Responsibilities
Execute various Prospect and Client Projects and Task, including:
Post-Sales Activities:
System Implementation
· Product Setup
· User Training
· Definition and Assessment of functionality
· Troubleshooting
· On-going Customer Support
Document and Communicate Project Information
· Project Requirement Documents
· Diagnostic Proposals and Quotes
· On-going Support Status Reports
· Professional Service Requests

Maintain Revenue and Utilization Targets
· Forge strong business relationship with management team and end-users
in our customer’s environment
· Maximize utilization and Revenue through project timing and efficiencies
· Review all time (billable or not) for projects which you are responsible
before the customer is invoiced
Administrative Duties
· Maintain timely and accurate project information in internal system
· Generate On-going Support Status information for internal Implementation
Services meetings and Project Team meetings.
· Review revenue opportunities and potential for increased customer
satisfaction with Project Manager at regular Project Team meetings
· Involvement in Internal Projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Driven towards Superior Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV an asset.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or service management industries.
- Communicate clearly and effectively both written and oral.
- Proven ability to build strong, strategic business relationships.
- Ability to work in both a Team Environment and Independently.
- Well organized and strong time management practices.
- Analytical ability – logical, investigative and methodical. A problem solver.
