JustFoodERP’s Latest Quarterly Release provides Customers with additional Shop Floor Controls

Extending its existing functionality related to RF enabled Warehouse Management, Quality Management, and Preventive Maintenance; JustFoodERP’s latest quarterly release provides customers with additional options for shop floor control including Production Recording and Consumption touch screen support, as well as PLC Integration.


Toronto, ON – JustFoodERP announces availability of its March quarterly software release to customers. Amongst the 100 new features available as part of the enhancement program, JustFoodERP has expanded its capability to record and capture shop floor information in real-time.

“The theme of our product roadmap over the past year has been to provide customers with additional options when it comes to recording production and inventory information on a timely basis” states Marc DiGiorgio, VP JustFoodERP. “While JustFoodERP had pre-existing capabilities that allowed our customers to record production and inventory information without the need for human intervention, this latest release has extended the out-of-the-box functionality”.

As part of its product upgrade path, all JustFoodERP customers have the option to deploy new functionality. “The food industry is facing additional pressures related food safety” states DiGiorgio. “New standards including SQF take a more holistic approach from the traditional record and respond method. Companies now require greater control over stock rotation, and tighter response times to recall inquiries. This means companies may need to reconsider the level of detail they capture on the shop floor, as well as the timeliness of it. The integrated nature of our shop floor controls automatically ties into all aspects of the system providing customers with immediate information related to inventory consumption, production, and food safety.
